| A 278,000 square-foot community center located in a suburb of Minneapolis/St. Paul, across from a regional mall owned by Simon Properties, Birch Run is anchored by Marshall’s, Burlington Coat Factory and JoAnn’s. Excluded from the sale of the center was a vacant 23,000-square-foot in-line store owned by Toys R’ Us. After RPD put Birch Run under contract in August of 2004, it negotiated an acquisition of the vacant store. RPD quickly leased this vacancy to a soft goods retailer. |
