| This 144,000 square foot community center is located in one of San Antonio’s six retail nodes, near a mall owned by Simon Properties. Although Exchange was marketed for sale, two of the three anchor tenants, Circuit City and Ross, announced that they were relocating to a newer adjacent community center during the sale process. As the other prospective buyers dropped out, RPD stepped up and acquired Exchange Plaza and a companion property in May 2005. Since then, RPD has given the property a new façade, and released the spaces vacated by Ross and Circuit City. |
